Wells Fargo - HTML5 Video Player

When Adobe Flash became incompatible with mobile devices and a thing of the past, we had to transform all video on the website to an HTML5 video player. My manager tasked me with responsibility to do research to find the best and easy to customize HTML5 player that must have captions. When one was selected, I was then tasked to customize to Wells Fargo branding, document how it worked, and test it on all devices for compatibility. Finally, my role was increased to be Quality Control person when different Lines of Business submitted videos to post we required two files for each video (video in MP4 format and a VTT file for captions and transcript). I had to make sure the videos were websafe, a low file size, and confirm their captioning VTT files were properly formatted. Below is the result — the video player is customized and built is still in use today:
